• Dermatologist or specialist under 40 years old
• With a special interest in rare skin diseases predisposing to cancer
• Working in Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, or Tunisia
• Willing to further develop their skills in the field of rare skin diseases predisposing to cancer, network with the experts in the field, further develop this topic within their hospital
